Thank you for shopping with CL Studio Collective. We curate products from independent brands and suppliers, and we want you to love everything you receive. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Final Sale Items The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Beauty and skincare products
- Intimate apparel and swimwear
- Earrings and pierced jewelry
- Discounted or sale items
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@clstudiocollective.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email hello@clstudiocollective.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions — do not send items back without approval
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
